Life is meant for showing up, learning, falling down and getting back up again to face the music. We meet people along the way who offer us love, laughter, friendship or broken hearts. Every interaction is a stepping stone on our path back to ourselves, our path home. We can learn so much from our daily interactions, no matter our great or small, if we simply show up for the lesson.
If we can learn to treat life with a fearless curiosity we develop the strength to stand in our truth and face the hardships with grace and humility; to embrace defeat as a necessary progression to success. Let's be honest, this will be a lifelong journey and lesson that will not always come easy, so be patient with yourself, as I try to be with myself.
As Rumi writes, "We're all just walking each other home." I absolutely adore this statement. It cultivates the unity of all people, and the togetherness that we thirst for in our individualistic society. You are not alone, I am not alone, we all searching for the same love to fill us and overflow into our lives. We can remind one another of our inherent ability to love without boundaries, without ego but from a place of empowerment and infinite growth.

"I've come to believe that we all want to show up and be seen in our lives. This means we will all struggle and fall; we will know what it means to be both brave and brokenhearted."What a beautiful passage as a testament to our resilience and purpose. Let's try and step out from the shadows that we have cast on ourselves. Let us embrace our light and not shy away from the thing that scared us the most, our infinite power.
