Our team is made up of master’s-level practitioners and interns in the process of completing their training, all connected to professional regulatory bodies and committed to ongoing learning. We each bring our own style and experience, but share a common approach rooted in somatic, trauma-informed care.

Jennifer is a holistic, intuitive somatic counsellor with 15 years of experience offering virtual sessions throughout Canada. The compass that guides her work is the notion that we are our own healers and therefore sovereign agents in our innate coming home experiences.

Rachel has a background in homeopathy and a genuine care for people. She supports the client experience behind the scenes, helping things run smoothly and making sure everyone feels welcome and supported. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time in nature, being outdoors, and embracing a balanced, grounded lifestyle that keeps her connected to what matters most.
