Spiritual & Holistic Counseling Across BC

Virtual, trauma-informed therapy for adults exploring meaning, purpose, spiritual change, deconstruction, grief, or the question of what comes next.

When What Once Held You No Longer Fits

There are seasons when the beliefs, roles, paths, or answers that once gave life shape begin to feel too small, too painful, or no longer true. You may be questioning your purpose, grieving a spiritual community, moving through deconstruction, or feeling unsure where you belong now.

At B-rooted, spiritual and holistic counseling offers a grounded space to explore these questions without being pushed toward one belief system or one “right” answer. Through virtual, trauma-informed therapy across BC, we make room for your doubt, grief, longing, anger, wonder, and uncertainty.

This is therapy for adults who are living in the in-between. Together, we slow down, listen deeply, and support the parts of you that are searching for meaning, connection, and a more honest way forward.

What Becomes Possible

Spiritual and holistic counseling at B-rooted is grounded in compassionate, trauma-informed care. This means we gently explore not only your thoughts, beliefs, and questions, but also how uncertainty, grief, longing, and spiritual change may be living in your body.

Rather than rushing you toward clarity or offering easy answers, we create space for your experience to unfold honestly. Through virtual therapy across BC, this work can support adults in reconnecting with their own inner wisdom, sense of meaning, and relationship to what feels sacred, unknown, or deeply true.

A More Honest Relationship With Your Questions
Therapy can help you stay with uncertainty without needing to force immediate answers. Your doubt, grief, curiosity, and longing are all welcome here.
Support Through Spiritual Change or Deconstruction
If your spiritual life no longer fits, counseling can offer space to process loss, anger, confusion, freedom, fear, or the complexity of leaving old frameworks behind.
A Deeper Sense of Connection to Yourself
As you slow down, you may begin to notice what feels true in your body, your values, your intuition, and the quieter parts of yourself that have been waiting to be heard.
More Room for Meaning, Grief, and Mystery
Existential work can support you in exploring purpose, mortality, identity, belonging, and the tender questions that often do not have simple answers.
A Life That Feels More Aligned, Not Just Explained
The goal is not to hand you a new belief system. It is to support you in living with more honesty, groundedness, and connection to what matters most.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is spiritual and holistic counseling?

Spiritual and holistic counseling is therapy for questions around meaning, purpose, identity, belonging, mortality, spirituality, and life direction. At B-rooted, this work is not about giving advice or pushing a belief system. It is about creating space to explore what feels true, painful, confusing, sacred, or unresolved for you.

Do I need to be spiritual or religious for this kind of therapy?
No. Spiritual and existential counseling can support people with many different relationships to spirituality, including those who are religious, spiritual but not religious, agnostic, atheist, deconstructing, unsure, or simply asking deeper questions about life and meaning.
Can therapy help with spiritual deconstruction or religious trauma?
Yes. Therapy can offer a supportive space to process grief, anger, confusion, fear, shame, relief, or identity changes connected to spiritual deconstruction or religious wounds. The pace is collaborative, and you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Is spiritual and holistic counseling available virtually across BC?

Yes. B-rooted currently offers virtual spiritual and holistic counseling across British Columbia. You can access online support from your own space, whether you are in Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, the Interior, Northern BC, or another community in the province.
